Phoenix Launches a New Marketing Campaign at BAI RD

Phoenix launched a new marketing campaign at BAI's Retail Delivery in Orlando, Florida. The campaign, which includes a revamped web site, new marketing materials and an innovative exhibit strategy, is based on the new tagline: "We're Changing The Channel."

The campaign reflects what those who have worked with Phoenix have known for years. Phoenix is bold. Phoenix is a leader. Phoenix changes the way customers interact at the ATM and other self serve channels.

In keeping with the message, Phoenix parked a forty foot luxury limousine bus with the new tag line prominently emblazoned across the sides. Just getting the bus into the exhibit hall got the place buzzing and set the scene for Phoenix to be very prominent indeed. Yes, booth "set up" was the easiest ever. And at the end of the show, while all the other exhibitors began the long and arduous task of "tear down," the Phoenix team waved goodbye as the bus pulled out of the exhibit hall. But the strategy this year was partly in keeping with the understanding of the economic downturn everyone is facing and a belief that the exhibit had to be suitably cost effective and in keeping with the current economic climate while still sending a clear message that Phoenix is very different from their competitors who are "stuck in the old way of doing things."

The bus certainly created a big "WOW!" factor at the show and became a talking point among attendees and exhibitors alike. The inside of the bus was revealed to many at the show; it featured comfortable leather seating, LCD screens and provide an ideal environment for focused interaction with clients. It captured the style and personality of Phoenix and customers loved it.

So, how will they up the ante in 2009? The creative minds at Phoenix never sleep. Look for many ways that this ingenious and cutting-edge company will continue to "change the channel."
