Phoenix Continues a Strong TAG Presence

Phoenix Interactive was happy to once again take part in the annual TAG User Group Conference. Each year Diebold users gather together at the annual TAG conference to review critical business issues. As a continuing sponsor of this event, Phoenix was pleased with the participation from Banks and exhibitors throughout North America.

This year's conference was held at the Mile High City, Denver, Colorado. Banks, exhibitors and Diebold partners from across North America attended the informative sessions which covered several key topics such as Remote Key Management, EMV, ATM fraud, and the changing marketing roles of on-site ATMs.

Once again, banks, credit unions and processors showed a great deal of interest in Phoenix's multi-vendor ATM software product, VISTAatm. According to Phoenix Account Manager Trevor Speirs, "VISTAatm continues to draw a great deal of interest as the world's first 'true' multi-vendor terminal software. VISTAatm was introduced to the global market in 2001 and has since been the chosen ATM software platform for banks and ATM deployers worldwide."

As Banks migrate from OS/2 to Windows, VISTAatm becomes the perfect opportunity to take advantage of VISTAatm and Phoenix's expertise that will make their migration path simple. Overall, TAG2005 proved to be a big success. It provided great opportunity for Diebold's partners and clients to gather together to address common issues being faced by the self-service industry.
