Phoenix Interactive Design Inc. Continues to Grow


In light of Phoenix Interactive's continued success in the ATM industry, the company today announced a restructuring of both their Business and Technical divisions at their London, Ontario Head Office. The new appointments will position the team within Phoenix for ongoing growth and support of the Phoenix user-group community, reflecting the commitment and focus that Phoenix has for continuing to grow the company further.

Scott Anderson will take on new responsibilities focused on marketplace expansion and industry partnerships. As Director Strategic Accounts and Business Initiatives, Scott Anderson will oversee relationships with a number of the banking industry's leading ATM deployers. In addition, Scott represents Phoenix's business development interests for strategic product and partnership initiatives to ensure Phoenix continues to be positioned for ongoing growth and new product development. Doug Parr, Senior Vice President of Business Development and Client Services said "For the past 5 years Scott has done a tremendous job of successfully building the VISTAatm user-group community, maintaining existing customer relationships and building the Business Development and Client Services departments. Due to the recent significant growth at Phoenix, Scott's considerable knowledge and skills will be applied to new challenges to sustain and support this growth."

Additionally, Mark Elson has been appointed to the role of Director, Product Management and Architecture. Mark will take on new responsibilities including overseeing management of the complete Phoenix product suite, managing Phoenix's participation within Industry Standards Bodies (such as XFS and IFX) as well as coordination with Phoenix's industry partners and their respective technical solutions. He will also provide on-going direction with respect to our end-customer needs, solution design and architecture. John Spenler, Chief Technology Officer, commented that "Mark's knowledge and experience in the self service industry, combined with his existing relationships with our clients and partners will serve him well in his new role."
