The Bank of Montreal completes its Rollout of Phoenix's ABM Software
BMO Bank of Montreal has completed a major, year-long upgrade of its entire network of Automated Banking Machines (ABMs), installing almost 2000 new ABMs across Canada with Phoenix's VISTAatm software.
"This was a major undertaking," said Michel Chalifoux, Vice-President, Electronic Infrastructure, BMO Financial Group. "We have completely replaced every automated banking machine in the BMO retail bank network with the most advanced machines on the market." The new generation of ABMs have been enhanced with redesigned screens, improved transaction flows and new customer service features that will make banking from an ABM faster and simpler. The new ABMs also allow for additional future banking functions such as cheque imaging and the ability to use 'smart' Chip Card technology when it rolls out across Canada over the next few years.
Phoenix is extremely pleased to have been selected by BMO Bank of Montreal as the Bank's ABM software supplier. Click here to read the full story from the bank's web site.
