TD Canada Trust won 7 of 11 categories for customer service excellence among the 'Top 5 Banks' in Canada including 'Automated Banking Machines in general'. Phoenix's VISTAatm software is utilized throughout the Bank's 2,500+ Automated Banking Machines ("ABMs") across Canada.
Synovate is a global market research firm who surveyed 17,500 Canadians from July to mid-August 2007 and ranked the top 5 banks from its annual Customer Service Index survey for customer service excellence. The clear leader was TD Canada Trust.
