Kyle MacDonald, Director & CEO
As CEO and founder of Phoenix Interactive Design, Kyle MacDonald is responsible for Phoenix's day-to-day activities and strategic direction. Kyle has 10 years of direct experience in the banking industry and an additional 18 years in the self-service industry. In 2006, Kyle received the RBC Canadian Woman Entrepreneur Award, providing national recognition to Canada's women entrepreneurs whose businesses and achievements have influenced and benefited the economy through dedication to excellence. She is a graduate of the prestigious Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

John Franklin, Director
As director for Phoenix, John Franklin brings a wealth of experience and knowledge as a bottom-line oriented executive with 30 years of experience managing businesses at the Chief Executive Officer level. John is a major investor in Phoenix and has played an important role in the company's strategic positioning and development since its start-up in April, 1987.
John received his M.B.A. from the University of Western Ontario in 1971 and has an undergraduate degree in Engineering. In addition to John's involvement with Phoenix, John is President & Controlling Shareholder of The Nutech Group.

John Spenler, CTO
As CTO, John Spenler oversees the Product Development and Professional Service teams at Phoenix Interactive. John has over 20 years of programming experience and oversaw the development of Phoenix's industry-leading VISTAatm ATM terminal software. John holds an Honors Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
