In 2004, TD Bank Financial Group (TDBFG), a leading financial services company, announced an initiative to outsource the management of their national automated bank machine (ABM) network and point-of-sale (POS) transaction infrastructure. Phoenix Interactive is an integral part of the Hewlett-Packard Canada (HP) led partnership that was awarded the seven-year outsourcing contract worth an estimated CDN$420 million. The business transformation initiative will leverage Phoenix's VISTAatm software to enhance what TD's (13 million) customers experience on the bank's coast-to-coast network of 2,400 ABMs.
