National Irish Bank awarded Phoenix their ATM Software Replacement Contract in late 2000 following a rigorous evaluation process and a subsequent proof of concept exercise. VISTAatm has been installed on all National Irish Bank ATMs and positions the Bank to purchase ATM hardware from multiple vendors.

VISTAatm has been installed on ATMs for the Irish arm of Danske Bank Group (including National Irish Bank and Northern Bank). Across the Republic of Ireland, VISTAatm has been integrated with the Bank's NCR ATM network with an EMV-compliant chip card solution. Despite aggressive timelines for compliance and complexities in managing multiple models and functionality running the same VISTAatm runtime application, the Bank successfully implemented the solution on their network and continues to leverage speed to market and related flexibility benefits today.
